By entering the Gevi’s Valentines contest, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (T&C). In case of any conflict or inconsistency between other promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. For the records, kindly keep a copy. Please note that these Terms and Conditions (T&C) do not restrict a participant's statutory consumer rights.

Eligibility: Contest is open only to ages 18 and above. The trail applies to and is open to worldwide. By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, representing and warranting that you meet the eligibility requirements herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Gevi Household as final and binding as it relates to the content (Agreement to Rules).

For the fairness of the contest to some extent, Gevi Household (the "Sponsor") and its employees, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest. 

Entry Period: The contest will start from Feb.13, 2023 at 20:00 PM PST to Feb.19, 2023 at 20:00 PM PST. To be eligible for the contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

How to Enter:           

a)Prepare a valentines special drink/ treat or dinner for your Valentines,and your photos should include contents of the two of you spending time together.

b)Post the special treat on Instagram and tag us @gevi_household, add #GevisValentines #GeviHousehold

c)The winners will be selected by the ones who have the most likes on IG.

d)Sign up for the contest                  

e)Ranking status of the top 10 will be posted every 2 days so make sure to check your status!

f)Winners will be announced on Feb.20 20:00 PST

The entry-entrant must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Suppose the entrants fail to complete the requirements after verification by Gevi Household according to the rules or specifications. In that case, Gevi Household may, at its discretion, disqualify you from participating in the contest. You need to provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple identities or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your qualification may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Gevi Household.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Each prize (received from this Gevi Household Gevi’s Valentines contest) entitles a 12-month warranty. Any prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Please refer to the federal or state law for detailed information about the tax. Winners are responsible and required to declare the taxes based on the ARV (Please refer to https://www.gevi-tech.com/ for it) of the prize you win to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Gevi Household to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the ending date.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be announced on Feb 20th, 2023 at 20:00 PM PST, notified via DM by the official Instagram(@gevi_household).

Winners shall reply to the Sponsor for confirmation of the prizes within 24 hours. After the winners are confirmed, the Sponsor shall send the prize within 3 days. Gevi Household shall not be liable for a winner's failure to receive notices due to the winner's spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Suppose the selected winner cannot be contacted, or the winner is unqualified after manual verification or fails to confirm the award information within 24 hours after the award notice is sent, or fails to complete and perform the relevant acts as required. In that case, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prizes offered are conditioned upon compliance with 48 state laws and regulations. 

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand that Gevi Household, anyone acting on behalf of Gevi Household, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, to review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

Terms and Conditions: Gevi Household reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Gevi Household may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Gevi Household. Gevi Household reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the rules and enter the process violates these Terms and Conditions.

Gevi Household has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest rules, to disqualify the entrants who gets multiple entries

• from the same user from different IP addresses;
• from the same computer;
• from bots, macros or scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Gevi Household reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Gevi Household and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from

• such Entrant's participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
• any technical failure of the commodity, including but not limited to any failure of commodity, hardware or software;
• unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process;
• electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the processing of entries.

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF 48 STATES of the USA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a requirement of participating in this contest, the participant agrees that any disputes arising out of or connected with this contest cannot be resolved between the parties, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, the participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than the participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this contest). Also, the participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
