When you purchase our ice maker, we will give you one-year free warranty and if you want to extend your warranty: 1、Register your warranty at https://household.gevi.com/pages/warranty to receive 3 months warranty extension for free. 

Within 30 Days From the date of original purchase, Gevi will replace the whole unit if the ice maker fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship; Within 1 year From the date of original purchase, Gevi will replace any part of the ice machine which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. If you register your warranty, you can exchange or refund it within 15 months.

We typically ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $29.99! We ship UPS and comply with standard UPS shipping rates based on dimensions and the weight of your products. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO box.

No, you don't need to open an account with us, if you prefer not to. If you already have, you can access it before purchasing your Gevi appliance.

We strive to ship orders which are placed prior to 12 pm PT (3 pm ET) that same day. From the time an order is submitted, processing may take 1-2 business days. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 2 business days to leave our warehouse unless the item is on back order or a special-order item. Orders are only processed during regular business days which include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.
