Our Second Try of a Romantic cocktail-Fantastic Leman
Our Gevi team has been studying how to improve nugget ice makers countertop and will continue our experience of cocktails to enjoy the taste of pellet ice. By doing this, we can brainstorm and offer more ideas to our engineers, who are also paying much attention to everything about ice. What we do is to make the best chewable pebble ice for home. Today, we are going to make a romantic style of cocktail, different from the last one we’ve made-Jack Tar.
We refer to a cocktail recipe book edited by two famous Japanese bartenders named Zhaiteng Dudouwu and Zuoteng Chun which offers detailed ingredients and steps.
This romantic cocktail is called Fantastic Leman, which shows the color of Lake Geneva, (French Lac Léman) the largest lake in Switzerland. The blue lake is really appealing and wonderful.
First of all, prepare the tools such as a shaker, double measuring cup, stirring spoon, and transparent glass. The ingredients are more abundant, including six types of drinks and cocktails, a little strong.
Ingredients
- 30ml Sake
- 20ml White Curacao
- 1 tsp. Kirsch Cherry Brandy
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- Tonic Water
- 20ml Blue Curacao
Methods
Step 1: Fill the glass with chewable pellet ice. Pour Sake, white Curacao, Kirsch cherry brandy, and lemon juice into a large jug and stir.
Step 2: Add tonic water into the glass and muddle them up together. Pour blue Curacao slowly along the rim of the glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
