Happy Pride Month and Pride Day !
Every June is a month to celebrate pride, from June 1 to June 30. June 28, 2022, is Pride Day. LGBTQ+ communities around the world will celebrate freedom, diversity, equality, and love together. LGBTQ+ is an abbreviation for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer. The plus sign means to cover any other person not included, such as intersex, asexual, pansexual, and so on. In the early morning of June 28, 1969, the police raided Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in New York. The people in the bar refused to arrest, and the police began to drag people out into the street. Subsequently, more and more bystanders threw bottles and coins at the police. The situation escalated rapidly and a three-day community riot broke out. This event became the fuse of the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement in the United States.

During pride month, in addition to the pride parade, people will also hold pride parties. For a party themed with pride, prepare rainbow-colored food and drinks, buy various rainbow-colored decorations, and play songs by LGBTQ+ artists to make you, your family, your friends, and community members full of pride.

You can hang a rainbow flag in your front yard and windows. The rainbow flag, used as a symbol of LGBTQ+ pride, was created by artist Gilbert Baker in 1978. Each color has its meaning. Red symbolizes life, orange symbolizes healing, yellow represents sunshine, green represents nature, blue represents harmony, and purple represents spirit. You can celebrate this moment with your friends and family in rainbow-colored custom clothes and have a fun, lovely, and comfortable evening together. How interesting and united everyone will feel.
In addition to enjoying the food, you can join friends and family to deepen your understanding of the LGBTQ+ experience through films and literature. Everyone can watch, read and discuss together. If you are part of LGBTQ+, you are free to express your opinions, express your identity, and speak up proudly. If you're not LGBTQ+, you can also party together. The pride event certainly welcomes allies outside the LGBTQ+ community. You can express your support and listen to LGBTQ+ ideas and views.
Your identity is who you are. You are You. Love is Love. There is nothing wrong with being brave enough to be yourself. Pride Month and Pride Day mean a lot to LGBTQ+, and we hope that friends outside of LGBTQ+ will show their support. Let's celebrate with pride together.
